Actual problems of the methodology for investigating the burnings and burnings

Abstract

Having examined various approaches to constructing a private methodology for investigating robberies and robberies, the author came to the conclusion that it is necessary to improve it. Taking into account the importance of the criminalistic characteristics of crimes for scientific and practical activities, the author pointed out the difference in opinions of scientists about the number of its constituent elements when considering these types of crimes. Given the existing theoretical and applied problems of the forensic characteristics of robberies and robberies, it is proposed to improve their private investigation methodology, based on the consideration of the elements of the material structure of these crimes.
