Abstract

The article reveals the significance of investigative situations for the investigation of murders in non-obvious conditions. Different opinions on the concept of investigative situations in criminalistics are analyzed, and their various classifications are given. The article examines the features of typical investigative situations in the investigation of murders committed in the conditions of non-obviousness.
