Abstract

The article is examined some issues of the participation of employee representatives in the management of organizations in different periods of the history of the 20th century. A number of features of the participation of employees in the management of the organization in accordance with the legislation in force are noted. It is concluded that the participation of employee representatives in the management of an organization in Russia has come a long evolution, due to historical, political, socio-economic factors, from wide participation to virtually complete absence during the period of a total political regime and subsequent gradual revival in the future.
