Abstract

The article is devoted to the general provisions of the tactics of obtaining information on connections between subscribers and (or) subscriber devices (call detail records containing cell site location information). The traditional principles of investigative actions, which have their own specifics at each stage or stage of its production, are described: expediency and situationality, completeness, lawfulness, timeliness, use of special knowledge, forensic techniques and specialist assistance, activity and purposefulness. It is pointed out that the principles of objectiveness and unified management of the investigator are practically leveled at the organizational and technical stage of the preparatory stage and require the organization of an automated process for obtaining the requested information from telecom operators. The specific principle of illustrativeness of the results of the analysis of the obtained information is highlighted. A conclusion on the need to comply with these principles in order to improve the efficiency of the investigative action under consideration is formulated.
