Termination of criminal activity as a special ground for exemption from criminal liability

Abstract

In article are considered problems of optimization of norms establishing grounds for exemption from criminal liability. The main understanding of the work is devoted to the optimization of notes to a number of norms of a special part of the criminal low establishing such grounds. It is proposed to establish in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation such grounds for exemption from criminal liability as termination of criminal activity.
