Abstract

This article examines the state policy in the field of prevention of juvenile delinquency, which is one of the priorities in the modern state. The author focuses on the legal regulation of this sphere, the structure of the prevention system, and describes the current state of violations of the legislation of officials in the field of the rights and legitimate interests of minors. Based on this and analysis of the results for the past 2019 on the implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation «Ensuring public order and countering crime», as well as existing programs at the Federal and regional levels in the field of prevention of juvenile delinquency, the author offers a list of specific directions for the development of the prevention system in the field of prevention and suppression of juvenile delinquency in Russia.
