Modernization of the judicial system: legal regulation of the public service in bodies of enforcement Russian Federation

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the legislation regulating the issues of public service in the enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation. On the basis of the comparative method, the norms defining the circle of persons who are subject to the legislation on service in enforcement agencies, restrictions on recruitment, as well as norms on the responsibility of employees of enforcement agencies are studied.
