Abstract

Considered the concept of the regime of irregular working time, the circle of persons who are the subject to the irregular working time. Investigated the order to attract workers to operate as irregular working time, compensation for work in the regime of irregular working time. The main positive and negative aspects of legal regulation are revealed.
