Abstract

The article considers the main provisions of Administrative Procedural-Process Code adopted in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author shows the new legislative provisions in respect of administrative procedures and administrative process as well as possible problems of law-enforcement practice. It is suggested that the Code may be unclaimed without serious changes in political-legal system and legal psychology.
