Abstract

The criteria and indicators of the effectiveness of the state service incentive norms are considered, their influence on the law enforcement process is analyzed. The ideological and semantic content of the concept of the effectiveness of the norms of legislation on the encouragement of civil servants is investigated as the basis for constructing a three-element formula for such effectiveness.
