Abstract

An important issue in the regulation of the rights to use musical works remains research related to the examination of the originality of musical works. Since a musical work is a complex object of creative activity, both the creative part of a musical work and its technical equipment, which include: performance, arrangement, rhythm and presentation of a musical work, are investigated. This article also examines the form of a musical work and reveals a special form of musical works as a transcription on musical notation, as well as oral musical works.
