Abstract

Digitalization has led to the transformation of many phenomena and relationships. The sphere of personnel management is no exception. The development of innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence, big data, virtual and augmented reality, and special software, has affected the methods, tools, ways of interacting with employees and job seekers, and the employee management system as a whole. However, not all provisions of the current legislation create opportunities for the implementation of digital technologies and practices in the field of personnel management. The article discusses the prospects for the introduction of digital technologies in HR activities to increase the flexibility of the labor market, identifies the fundamental features and trends of digitalization of this field of activity, analyzes the most successful digital technologies in HR activities, highlights the provisions of labor legislation that impede the successful implementation of digital technologies in HR activity.
