Abstract

In this article regulatory legal acts legislation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is investigated. Special attention is paid to the matters of studying the kinds and forms of regulatory legal acts of the executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Imperfection of regional legislation in this field is stated. In conclusion a question of adopting a special federal law of a system of regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation is raised.
