Abstract

Actual problems of administration of the Russian Federation federal executive bodies are considered in the framework of the constitutional research. The article deals with the problems of making and implementing administration decisions by the Government of the Russian Federation functioning under the general direction of the main official of the state. Author’s special attention is focused on the problems of organizing the administration of the head of government and his deputies, as well as the administration of executive bodies under the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation President. The author proposes a number of constitutional measures to improve the organization of administration decision-making, which consists of the point adjustment of administration interactions.
