On the question of the abolition of the compulsory measure of educational influence in relation to a minor

Abstract

The scientific article analyzes the reasons and the procedural procedure for the cancellation of a compulsory measure of educational influence in relation to minors, and also makes recommendations for employees of specialized bodies to improve preventive work with minors who have been subjected to compulsory measures of educational influence, and to improve the quality of petitions sent to the court for the cancellation of this measure.
