Are not there many administrative processes, or administrative legal proceedings - the onle type of modern russian administrative process

Abstract

The conclusion is made that the only formally established type of administrative process in the Russian administrative procedural legislation is administrative legal proceedings. This is precisely about terminology, and not about denying the presence in the legislation of numerous administrative proceedings, which can hardly be considered an administrative process only on the basis of their involvement in the sphere of public administration and functioning in the system of executive power.
