To the question about the subject of labor law

Abstract

The theoretical problems related to the subject of labor law are examined in the article . Various points of view of scientists in the field of labor law are analyzed, expressed regarding the content of the subject of labor law. Based on the analysis of special sources in the field of labor law, the author proposes to include in the subject of labor law of the Russian Federation the this social relations: social -labor, organizational, procedural and negotiation, arising in the course of the using of dependent labor.
