Abstract

The article analyzes the provisions of the new National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of July 2, 2021, concerning information security. The importance of recognizing information security as a strategic national priority is emphasized. The legal mechanisms for ensuring information security, laid down in the basic document of strategic planning in the field of security, are considered.
