Abstract

The article discusses the concept of urban planning restrictions, their types. The features of urban planning functions of the executive power of the city of Moscow are considered. It is substantiated that the establishment of activities for the executive activities of the executive power of the city of Moscow, limiting the subjects of urban planning legal relations, is a set of special methods of control.
