Digital transformation of bodies and organizations of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation

Abstract

The scientific article outlines the normative legal basis of the process of digital transformation of the bodies and organizations of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation. The foreign experience of digitalization of the prosecutor's office is being investigated. The analysis of the practice of implementing the first stages of the process of transition of the Russian prosecutor's office to the "digital" is carried out. The factors complicating this process are indicated. Attention is drawn to the creation of an effective system of protection of information security objects in the process of digitalization of the prosecutor's office.
