Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of international cooperation of the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation. The author analyzes the legal foundations of the international activities of the prosecutor's office. The article highlights the main directions of prosecutorial supervision in the field of implementation of international law. The author shows the specifics of the application of the norms of international law by the prosecution authorities in criminal proceedings.
