Of the functions of the prosecutor in legal proceedings in criminal matters

Abstract

The article discusses the organizational features of the activities of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, gives an analysis of the procedural functions and the powers of the prosecutor. Also, the author attempted to identify the problems of the implementation of the criminal procedure functions of the prosecutor and possible ways to solve them.
