Abstract

The article deals with the issues of the procedural powers and the role of the prosecutor in supervising the execution of laws at the stages of pre-trial proceedings in criminal cases and in carrying out criminal prosecution in court, the role of the prosecutor in assessing the legality of causing harm in a state of necessary defense.
