Abstract

Analyzed the normative provisions that establish the forms and methods of carrying out the activities of the prosecutor's office in the framework of the organization and realization of state control (supervision) and municipal control. Determined the essence, role and value of authorities of the prosecutor's office in the sphere of organization control and supervisory activities.
