Features of legal regulation of work of public prosecutor's workers: theoretical aspects

Abstract

The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that there is a demand for scientific interest in the practical implementation of official relations of Prosecutor's employees, which can be considered taking into account the differentiation of labor law norms. Active development of the science of the Prosecutor's activities, in terms of staffing at the present time necessitates a focus on such issues as the conclusion of the employment contract prosecutors, questions of service of public prosecutors. Based on the analysis of the positions expressed in the scientific literature and the theory of prosecutorial activity, it is proposed to conclude that it is necessary to study the features that reflect the existing differences in the conditions, content and nature of the work of prosecutors and other persons.
