Professional ethics and anti-corruption standards of the prosecutor's activities

Abstract

The article deals with the professional ethics of prosecutors. Legislation regulating requirements, prohibitions and restrictions imposed on prosecutors is analyzed, anti-corruption standards of their behavior are investigated. Special attention is paid to the study of the provisions of the Code of Ethics of the prosecutor. The author makes proposals aimed at improving the legal regulation in the field of ethics of the prosecutor.
