Abstract

The article is examined the main directions of state policy in the field of regulation of labor relations during the Great Patriotic War. The sources of legal regulation of social relations in the sphere of hired labour are analyzed. On the basis of the study, a conclusion is made about the reasons and the need to tighten the state policy in the field of labor relations. It is concluded that the regulation of labour relations during the Great Patriotic War is characterized by the strengthening of administrative and command methods of influencing labour relations, justified by the country's leadership by martial law, the use of any means to achieve the main goal - victory over the enemy.
