System bonds of the institute of legal responsibility with technical regulators of public relations

Abstract

The article considers one of the types of external type of system relations of the institute of legal responsibility with other social regulators-relations with technical regulators of public relations. The research is based on the general scientific understanding of the phenomenon of technics, its representation in the normative sources of legal regulation and the interaction of technical and political-legal types of social regulation. The conclusion is made about the formation of specific system relations between the institution of legal responsibility and technical regulators of public relations, depending on the type of technical norms, as well as the model of their consolidation and protection in the legal system.
