Abstract

The article considers some criteria for distinguishing labor and civil law relations through the prism of the transformation of the labor management organization (in the context of the development of the gig economy). There is an increase in the importance of criteria that are closely intertwined with the study of the "entrepreneurial" nature of the activity of the performer of personal labor, including taking into account the analysis of the formation of economic dependence on the employer.
