Abstract

Transactions are traditionally considered as grounds for the emergence of civil rights and obligations in the Russian legal system. At the same time, a number of labor scientists recognize the need for an independent study of the institution of transactions in labor law. The article provides a theoretical study of this concept, as well as reveals its features. Based on the analysis of the private law doctrine, the author's concept of a transaction in labor law is formulated.
