Abstract

The article reveals the features of administrative and legal prohibitions in the civil service, analyses the grounds for classification of prohibitions, considers positive and negative aspects of administrative and legal prohibitions, substantiates the trend of further development and formation of the legal institution of administrative and legal prohibitions in the civil service.
