Abstract

The article examines the role of administrative regulations in increasing the efficiency of the executive bodies of power; an analysis of the conclusions of legal examinations of the Department of Justice in the Tambov region of the content of administrative regulations of a number of departments of the Tambov region is provided; the necessity of adopting a law regulating administrative and procedural relations is substantiated.
