Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of various aspects of the category "communication" in relation to legal science. Legal communication is revealed in the aspect of the type of legal understanding, the characteristics of law-making and the implementation of law. The substantiation of the importance of communication in the conditions of modernization and digitalization of the legal system is given.
