Judicial reform and formation of labor justice

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of legislation regulating the judicial protection of the labor rights of workers in the conditions of the existence of a market economy. Shortcomings of the current judicial system, manifested in considering and resolving individual labor disputes are emphasized.
