The concept of «administrative barrier in the legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity» in the regulatory legal acts of the federal executive authorities of Russian Federation

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the main approaches in understanding the term «administrative barrier» in the regulatory legal acts of the federal executive authorities of the Russian Federation. The author identified the main features in the use of the term and compared the definitions of administrative barriers in legal acts and scientific literature. The author makes the conclusion of existence of certain problems in understanding the term in regulatory legal acts.
