Abstract

This article analyzes the legislative features of the production of investigative actions with the participation of foreign citizens (foreigners). The features of the production of investigative actions regulated by the norms of international law, the norms of Russian legislation are highlighted and considered, and organizational and tactical recommendations for their production are proposed. Foreigners, as participants in criminal proceedings, are divided into two groups: these are foreigners endowed with procedural immunity and foreigners endowed with general criminal procedural statuses as participants in criminal proceedings.
