The correlation between the form of accusation and the technology of criminal procedural proof: substantive and formal legal aspects

Abstract

The main purpose of the article is to substantiate the existence of a relationship between the form of accusation and a certain criminal procedural technology of proof. Through this provision, a transition is made to the conclusions about the reorganization of the institutions of accusation and proof in the criminal legal system. The study results in the conclusion about the inextricable relationship of the form of accusation with the technology of criminal procedural proof and their connection with the criminal law. As a result of the digitalization of the technology of criminal procedural proof and the emergence of the institution of criminal offenses, new prerequisites are created for their joint reorganization. They also became the subject of analysis and building proposals for improving the legal mechanism for bringing to justice violators of criminal legislation.
