Влияние муниципальных округов на административно-территориальное устройство субъектов Российской Федерации и юридическая судьба бывших поселений

Статья посвящена влиянию муниципальной реформы 2019–2025 гг. на административно-территориальное устройство тех субъектов Российской Федерации, где были созданы муниципальные округа. Анализируются региональное законодательство, уставы и иные нормативные правовые акты отдельных муниципальных округов с целью выяснения основных подходов к положению бывших сельских и городских поселений в системе административно-территориального устройства и определения территориальной структуры местных администраций. Обосновывается тезис о необходимости сохранения статуса административно-территориальных единиц упраздненных поселений как базы для создания территориальных органов местного самоуправления округов.
