Информационно-правовое обеспечение оценки результативности и эффективности государственного управления в сфере научно-технологического развития

Рассматриваются актуальные проблемы правового регулирования и практики применения информационного обеспечения оценки результативности и эффективности государственного управления в сфере научно-технологического развития. Проведен анализ федерального законодательства, регулирующего различные информационные системы. Были выявлены разрозненность информационного обеспечения оценки результативности и эффективности государственного управления, а также изолированность существующих информационных систем в области научно-технологического развития. На основе анализа автор предлагает комплекс изменений в федеральное законодательство, направленных на создание интеграции между ключевыми информационными системами.
