Народные дружины как форма участия граждан в охране общественного порядка: эволюция административно-правового регулирования

На основе исследования научных трудов профессора Воронежского государственного университета Виктора Степановича Основина, а также проведенного сравнительно-правового анализа советского и российского административного законодательства, регулирующего участие граждан в охране порядка аргументируется целесообразность использования отечественного опыта формирования деятельности народных дружин применительно к современным реалиям в условиях новых геополитических, военных вызовов и угроз, при которых деятельность любого государства, в том числе и России, направлена на сохранение и укрепление суверенитета и общественного порядка в своей стране.
