Применение мер государственного принуждения в целях обеспечения правопорядка в сфере миграции

Статья посвящена исследованию современных проблем обеспечения правопорядка в сфере миграции и роли мер государственного принуждения в деле его обеспечения. Автором анализируются взгляды отечественных исследователей на сущность и содержание правопорядка в современном обществе, в частности миграционного правопорядка. С учетом значимости верной трактовки данной дефиниции предлагается его авторское определение. Формулируется вывод о необходимости, наряду с совершенствованием правотворчества, повышения качества работы субъектов правоприменительной деятельности и увеличения уровня их правовой культуры в целях эффективного обеспечения законности и правопорядка в сфере миграции.
