Нравственные основы заключения досудебного соглашения о сотрудничестве

Статья посвящена проблемам нравственности в деятельности следователя и прокурора при подготовке заключения досудебного соглашения о сотрудничестве. Аргументируется, что институт досудебного соглашения о сотрудничестве имеет не только юридические, но и нравственные основы, игнорирование которых может привести к фактическому нарушению базовых принципов уголовного судопроизводство, к их числу относится и назначение виновному справедливого наказания.
