Терминология и языковые особенности науки исполнительного производства в комментарии к уставу гражданского судопроизводства К. П. Победоносцева

Анализируются нормы Устава гражданского судопроизводства 1864 г., регулирующие исполнение судебных решений, и глава III «Судебного руководства» К. П. Победоносцева на предмет эволюции юридической лексики и терминологии науки исполнительного производства. Сделан вывод об устойчивости к изменениям профессиональной юридической терминологии по сравнению с подверженными устареванию и изменению контекста общеупотребимыми словами и выражениями.
