Features of the object and subject of the crime under article 243.1 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation

Abstract

The article reveals the content of the object and subject of the crime under Article 243.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The subject of the crime is analyzed through the connection with the provisions of the regulatory legislation in the fi eld of protection of historical and cultural monuments. On the basis of the conducted research, conclusions are formulated for law enforcement practice, in particular, determining the signs of socially dangerous consequences. The limits of criminal liability under Article 243.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are indicated.
