Abstract

Importance: сurrently, the number of diverse inter-company network relationships has increased due to the introduction of digital platforms and the sharing of technologies and services. As a result of organizational transformations, the modernization of the economic analysis system is required. Purpose: to develop the theoretical provisions of the economic analysis of the activities of complex forms of business organization. Research design: in order to achieve this goal, an analysis of the literature and the existing practice of analyzing the activities of business ecosystems was carried out. The research uses methods of comparison, generalization, analysis and synthesis, and modeling. Results: the generalization of approaches to the analysis of business ecosystems has shown that the stakeholder approach is implemented in the methods, which limits the use of existing analytical tools. A model of information and analytical support for the economic analysis of business ecosystems has been developed, in which financial and non-financial reporting acts as the main source of information for evaluating the effectiveness of business ecosystems. Analytical support is the developed tools and methodological approaches of economic analysis that implement the principles of modern concepts of systems development. It is proved that the activity of business ecosystems is multi-purpose. An additive model for evaluating the effectiveness of the business ecosystem is proposed, consisting of the efficiency of resource use in achieving the operational results of the architect company and the business entities involved in the system, as well as the use of digital and brand platforms in the implementation of strategic initiatives (projects). With the expansion of the business ecosystem through the introduction of digital technologies, corporate governance risks, environmental and social risks increase. In this regard, it is necessary to develop a risk assessment subsystem integrated into the economic analysis system.
