Abstract

Importance: this article is devoted to the consideration of the peculiarities of foreign economic activity, the impact of globalization and integration on the economic condition of enterprises. The subject of the study is the identification of effective methods for regulating foreign economic relations at the level of the Federation subjects. Based on the analysis of industrial production and foreign economic activity in the Voronezh region, features and problems of the development of industries at the regional level have been identified, and proposals have been formulated to improve the efficiency of the development of specialized industries. The object of the research is the process of reforming foreign economic relations at the regional level with reference to the Voronezh region. Purpose: to assess the potential and level of development of the effectiveness of foreign economic activity in the Voronezh region. Research design: in the course of the study, a comparative analysis was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of foreign economic activities in the Voronezh region. Results: аs a result of the analysis of foreign economic activities and industrial production in the Voronezh region, nuances of industrial development in the region were revealed. According to the results of the comparative analysis of indicators of foreign economic activity, the main directions of export policy in the Voronezh region were identified. The essence and types of foreign economic activities of the region’s enterprises, the organization of foreign economic activities at the present stage, as well as the performance of foreign economic activities of enterprises in the Voronezh region, were studied. Problems of foreign economic activity at the current stage were identified, and measures to increase efficiency under modern economic conditions were developed.
