Importance: а set of organizational elements that ensure the economic analysis of business continuity (BCC) of a business entity, which includes formalized procedures, distribution of responsibility, information flows, and regulations for interaction between departments. Effective economic analysis of business continuity is impossible without a comprehensive and well-thought-out organizational system that supports it. Continuity of business is ensured not by calculations, but by decisions based on these calculations. Purpose: develop a mechanism for mitigating threats to the sustainability of an economic entity based on the formed model of organizational support for business continuity analysis, which envisages the creation of a system for monitoring, diagnostics, and prompt response to risk factors. Research design: using a systems approach, an analysis of existing methods, management structures, and processes was conducted, problem areas were identified, and the author’s model was proposed. Results: key shortcomings in the organization of risk-oriented thinking at Russian enterprises were identified, and the effectiveness of the proposed model for increasing business resilience was proven. Specifically, systemic gaps in the integration of risk-oriented thinking into operational processes were identified, and it was confirmed that the implementation of the model contributes to strengthening financial stability and increases management transparency.
