ANALYSIS OF THE INSTITUTIONAL MECHANISM OF BALANCED REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

Purpose: analysis of the institutional mechanism of balanced regional development based on the principles of the system approach. Discussion: The choice of the proposed method was due to the fact that as a subject of research is the system including a plurality of elements that impact on the balanced development of the region. The main techniques that we used are analysis and synthesis, structural analysis, method of functional analysis method, as well as verbal analysis. The authors presented the structure of methods of analysis and developed a phased scheme of methods of analysis of the organizational mechanism of balanced regional development. Results: the proposed method of analysis of the institutional mechanism of a balanced development of the region will not only identify significant problems in the institutional mechanism, but also identify appropriate solutions.
