Abstract

Purpose: development of a method of comprehensive diagnostic analysis of the system failure of agricultural organizations. Discussion: the paper distinguishes between the concepts of «insolvency» and «bankruptcy». The definition of «systemic insolvency» of a commercial organization, which is manifested as a result of synergy of economic, financial and legal insolvency factors, is given. The necessity of developing a method of integrated assessment of the system insolvency of agricultural organizations to identify signs of bankruptcy in the early stages. Results: the author's method of complex assessment of system insolvency of the agricultural organization based on carrying out monitoring of system of the indicators characterizing a financial condition, efficiency of activity and use of the state aid, level of profitability, and also professional judgment of the analyst about tendencies of development and stability of business processes of the organization is presented.
