Abstract

Importance: the process of personnel evaluation during the implementation of digital tools. Purpose: to study the methodological foundations of the introduction of digital tools in the personnel assessment process. Research design: the theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the work of Russian scientists in the field of introducing digital tools into the personnel assessment process. The research tools are presented by such general scientific and private methods as: methods of analysis and synthesis, logical generalization, comparison, system and process approaches. The research is based on the scientific works of domestic and foreign authors representing various scientific and applied research in the field of introducing digital tools into the personnel assessment process. Results: it was determined that the personnel assessment process is a key factor in achieving the business goals of the organization. The necessity of introducing digital tools into the personnel assessment process in modern conditions is substantiated. The methods of personnel assessment are analyzed, and the need for their adaptation to digital personnel assessment tools is revealed. The key features of promising areas of use of digital tools in personnel assessment are considered. An algorithm for the introduction of digital tools into the personnel assessment process is proposed. The advantages and disadvantages of introducing digital tools into the personnel assessment process are revealed.
